Comin' Ta Get Ya Ike!

Comin' Ta Get Ya Ike!

My brother and myself stayed in Tombstone four years ago. And we had the most fantastic, and again - did I say? It was a really wonderful experience!

We stayed for two weeks. We made it a full holiday, because we flew over all the way from Bristol, England.

We drove around the area and took in a number of tours. But the best tour was with Dr. Jay, an amazing historian and story teller. We thoroughly recommend to start your day with Dr. Jay.

Just to walk through Tombstone and think that you are walking in the Earp's, and many others' footsteps, is a great feeling.

Hopefully we will be back again one day!

What a splendid Vacation
you were able to have here in Tombstone, Arizona. Coming all the way across the Atlantic, plus across almost the entire U.S. to get to experience this unique Wild West town shows you really appreciated your time here!

Nigel, it's truly wonderful that you got to experience the Walking Tour by Dr. Jay. We've done that ourselves, and know how good a tour it is.

We thank you very much for your entry into our Photo Contest. We'll have to put it into the "Cowboys and/or Cowgirls" category. So good luck to you!

Presenting the "Earps" at Their Deluxe Spread

Whilst on holiday a few years back we saw a photographer's establishment that allowed people to dress up in costumes from many periods in history.

We chose the old Wild West as our theme. So here it is -

I give you Mr. and Mrs. Wyatt Earp.

Nigel, thanks very much for your entry!

It's a stunning example of the transformation to the Old Wild West that can be portrayed by a trip to one of the photography studios that specialize in this.

We've done it ourselves, as have our kids, and our grand-kids! We have all those types of photographs in our albums, on our photo shelves, and on our walls.

We've placed your entry into the "On the Ranch" category of the Photo Contest. Thanks for sharing, and good luck to you!
